If an action harms absolutely no one, can it still be morally wrong?

Imagine someone finds a rare, historical book in an abandoned library that is scheduled for complete demolition tomorrow. No one owns it, no one will ever look for it, and it will be completely destroyed by morning. Is it morally acceptable for them to steal it?
